Payment Terms and Conditions

  • Payment Due Date:
  1. Online Payments: Payment must be made at the time of checkout.
  2. Cash on Delivery: Payment is due upon delivery of the products.
  3. Subscription Services: Payments for subscriptions will be automatically charged based on your chosen frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.) on the billing cycle date.
  • Billing Information: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the billing information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to provide correct details may result in delays or cancellation of your order.
  • Late Payments and Non-Payment: In cases of failed payment attempts, the order may be placed on hold until payment is received. Continuous failed payments or non-payment will result in cancellation of the order and potentially affect your account’s standing with us.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds will be processed based on our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method used within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The prices applicable at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

  • Disputes: Any payment-related disputes should be raised with our Customer Service within 07 days of the transaction. We will work to resolve the issue in accordance with our policies.
